Gustav Iden

Gustav Iden shocked much of the world in winning the 2019 Ironman 70.3 World Championship. Iden seemingly came from nowhere and put on a dominant performance to win his first World Championship in Nice. But if you follow World Triathlon racing then you wouldn’t be surprised given the last couple years Iden has been one of the most exciting, dynamic athletes on the ITU start list with multiple World Cups wins. Gustav Iden showcased in Nice the harder the course the better he performs, and he backed that up at the 2021 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in St. Geroge when he repeated as World Champion.
