Laura Siddall (Sid) got a late start in triathlon. A Mechanical Engineer by trade, Sid served as an Officer in the British Army, as well as spending several years working in the Corporate world.  Siddall didn’t find triathlon until 2009 after she’d moved to Sydney, from the UK in 2007.

A late start has not stopped Siddall from making her mark on the triathlon world. Sid was a 4-time Age Group World Champion before making the move to the professional ranks in 2014. Since that time she has become a 4-time Ironman Champion, the 2018 ETU European Long Course Champion, and a regular fixture on podiums around the world.  Off the race course Siddall is an ambassador for multiple grassroots organizations.

Sid is an incredible athlete and ambassador for the sport, and we are excited to have her join the deboer team.

The flexibility in the shoulders is like no other wetsuit I've worn. Coming back from shoulder surgery and with typically tight shoulders - this has been key for me in allowing more movement, and reducing fatigue as I continue to work on this element of my swim.
