For all other purchases, shipment rates are calculated at checkout.

Can I return my product?

At deboer, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order of the newest model of deboer swimwear, you may be eligible to return it within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in new condition.

(Previous model year items are only eligible for size exchanges within 30 days of delivery)

Refund Policy: 

You can return your items for a full refund if purchased within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, after this time we will issue a credit note for the value paid.


Conditions for Returns

New Condition: For all swim products, this means the item must have the tags attached and show no signs of damage. You must provide photo proof of the items condition before sending it back. Please note, any damaged item will be returned to you at your expense. You will not be refunded


Restock Fees: All returns and exchanges are subject to a restock fee of $25 USD for orders within Europe and $60 USD for orders outside of Europe.


Return Process

Email Us: Before returning your product, please contact us at info@deboerwetsuits.com. Include the following information in your email:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the wetsuit

Return Shipping:

You can return your order using any trackable postal service. Please note that the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
b.Trackable Service Recommended: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.

Customs Declaration:

To avoid import duties, please declare a maximum value on the return package. Provide your courier with your order number, outbound tracking number, and airway bill, and clearly note on the parcel that it is a return to deboer. Please note that we will not accept the package if any duties are incurred.

Can I exchange my products?

All exchange requests must be made and sent back to us within 30 days of delivery. Previous Model Year Items: Only size exchanges are allowed for previous model year items within 30 days of delivery. Returns are not permitted.

Conditions for Exchanges
Item Condition: All swim products must have tags attached and show no signs of damage.
Photo Proof: You must provide photo proof of the item's condition before sending it back.
Damaged Items: Any damaged item will be returned to you at your expense, and you will not receive a new size.
A restock fee of: $25 applies for exchanges within Europe or $60 applies for exchanges outside of Europe.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping fees back to deboer.

If you received detailed sizing assistance from us before your original order and are exchanging for a new size, we may cover the shipping cost for your new item.

Gift Box Add-on items, use of membership codes, and other promotional items are only eligible for size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, not returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for exchanging Gift Box Add-ons and promotional items for a different size.
